Nordic walking for fitness - Autumn 2016

If you’re already a nordic walker these sessions are for you.

Want to practice and develop your nordic walking, or refresh your skills, or you'd just like to walk with others, join us on a fitness walk.

You'll get a walk with tips and hints along the way to help you get the most from your nordic walking.  We'll vary speeds and technique as well as walking up and down slopes during the sessions.

If there are walks scheduled in different locations, you can mix and match, and save money by booking a package of sessions - you just need to confirm your attendance in advance.Mary Wray - INWA nordic walking instructor  Sessions last 1.5 hours.
