To the Vasaloppet 2008
From snowless London to wintry Sweden and my goal of a tenth Worldloppet ski race.
It's the run up to the big one - 90 kms of cross country ski-ing along the most famous trail in the nordic ski world in February 2008.

Ski Norway ... it's a bit more than 90 km
If 90 km seems like an awful long way, it's a snowflake in a blizzard compared to Dave Leaning's trip.

Fitness, focus and bravado
Choosing the Vasaloppet as your first ski race is an interesting decision, particularly if you haven't done any cross country ski-ing before.
