Private nordic walking classes
Book a one to one session, or get together with some friends, and find out how you can have more fun exercising outdoors with nordic walking.
If you have your own group, or our class times/locations don't suit you, or if you simply prefer to have a private session, you can book introductory workshops and follow-up sessions.
We tailor the sessions to your needs and they will be run by Mary Wray, an International Nordic Walking Association [INWA] qualified instructor. Where
Central, west and south-west London - Hyde Park, Regent's Park, Richmond Park, Gunnersbury Park, and Boston Manor Park, are all great venues for nordic walking.

Introductory workshop 1.5 hours
You learn the correct nordic walking technique and gain a good insight into how you can benefit from regular nordic walking through a taster walk, as well as how to fit and adjust pole straps, plus essential warm up and cool down exercises.

You will perfect your technique to make it as efficient and effective as possible through a variety of nordic walking exercises over different terrain at a level matched to your needs.
