Nordic walking for fitness sessions
Nordic walking classes/occasional walks
If you want to practice and develop your nordic walking, or refresh your skills, or you'd just like to walk with others, join us on a fitness walk. You' ll get a mix of exercises and a brisk walk with tips and hints along the way to help you get the most from your nordic walking.
We'll vary speeds and technique as well as walking up and down hills during the sessions.
You can book a regular session or choose an occasional walk in different locations. You can also save money by booking a package of 4 sessions for the price of 3.
