2010 Programme

In January you'll find classes in Hyde Park.  After Easter [and the ski-ing season] sessions will be added on Hampstead Heath, in Hyde Park, Regent's Park and Richmond Park.  Details of these will be posted soon.   If you'd like to be emailed with this information, please contact us.

  • Nordic walking introductory workshops

    Get started with nordic walking - book a taster or an introductory workshop in January.

    Our 2010 programme will be expanded after the ski-ing season, if you would like us to email you when the schedule is available please contact us.

  • Nordic walking for fitness

    Choose this option if you've already attended an introductory session and want to develop or refresh your nordic walking skills on a fitness walk.  In January there are walks in Regent's Park and Hyde Park.  Others will be added shortly on Hampstead Heath, in Hyde Park, Regent's Park and Richmond Park which you can book singly or as a value for money package.
