Is outdoor exercise better for you?

Nordic walking is a great way exercise outdoors and now scientists have confirmed that there are benefits to your mental and physical well-being from taking exercise in the natural environment.  Science Daily reports that these findings were published in the research journal Environmental Science and Technology on February 4th 2011.

My clients often comment that they feel more energised, revitalised and de-stressed as a result of nordic walking which mirrors the findings of this study.

Is outdoor exercise better for you?  Yes, and there is scientific evidence to back this up.
