New Autumn 2010 nordic walking classes
Our autumn programme for nordic walkers includes new nordic walking and conditioning classes as well as our usual nordic walking for fitness sessions - you can find details here
The new evening conditioning classes combine nordic walking and nordic circuits are designed for people who want a more intensive workout with poles. The aim is to have fun exercising outdoors and to help you improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness so you feel fitter and more energised.
Nordic walking for fitness sessions will take place in Hyde, Regent's and Richmond Parks and can be booked singly or as money-saving packages.
