Nordic walking - Turning the World Upside Down

Sky Mirror Kensington GardensAnish Kapoor's latest exhibition, Turning the World Upside Down, has just opened in Kensington Gardens and it's on our nordic walking itineraries that cover Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens.

This major free exhibition of large scale outdoor sculptures offers an intriguing opportunity to combine culture and fitness on a nordic walk.

Beginners' sessions as well as the nordic walks for fitness for experienced nordic walkers go past these impressive works.
