Learn to roller ski

London Region Nordic Ski Club is running two great value roller ski courses on 13 May and 17 June 2007 at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit for all levels of ability.

Roller ski-ing is a fun way to get low impact, aerobic exercise and the best preparation for cross country ski-ing.  The courses are an ideal opportunity to learn the basics, or refine your classic or skating techniques, and cost just £20 for non-members and £15 for members.

On the 13 May Alan Eason, who competed for Great Britain at this year's FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Japan, will be on the coaching team, with other Club instructors including Mary Wray from Moving Feet.
