'Brisk walks' to prevent cancers

According to the World Cancer Research Fund about 10,000 cases of breast and bowel cancer could be prevented each year in the UK if people did more brisk walking.  Physical exercise helps prevent obesity, which is a cancer risk factor - read the full article from the BBC

Autumn nordic walking beginners' classes now online

If you want to learn how to nordic walk, you'll find we offer a selection of taster sessions, introductory workshops and courses in Hyde,  Regent's and Richmond Park.  Go to the nordic walking for beginners page for more information.
