How it works
You learn the basics of nordic walking and find out about its benefits, then put your new skills into practice in a walk. The session will also include essential warm up and cool down exercises.
Sessions include use of high quality Exel nordic walking poles.
Classes last 1.5 hours.
Who is it for
Anyone of average fitness who would like to try nordic walking.
Class size
Minimum 4 - maximum 10 people.

Cost
£15.00 per person including use of high quality nordic walking poles.
