Please book your place online in advance using Paypal's secure payment system.
As we supply nordic walking poles for you to use on the course we need to know your height in order to reserve the correct size. So click on the appropriate drop down menu to select your height option then click on the corresponding Paypal shopping cart button. If you have your own poles and prefer to use those, this option is available too.
To book a place for a friend or partner - if they are in the same height range, just change the quantity when you view your 'shopping basket', or if they are in a different height range, select 'continue shopping' and you can select another option.
If your height in feet & inches is on the borderline of two ranges, check your equivalent metric measurement.
