- Please contact us to check availability for your preferred time/date.
- Once we've agreed your session, return to this page and use the Paypal buttons to purchase your session securely online. Please include your height and that of anyone that you're booking for so we can bring the right poles for you. Also please download the short physical activity questionnaire to complete and bring along to your session.
